FINALLY Summer in Breck
Well its finally summer in the high country and we have had a lot of rain. It is incredible with the GREEN everywhere and the WILDFLOWERS are AMAZING. With all of the warm weather we have seen lots of visitors escaping the heat and coming to enjoy the warm days and cool nights. The Real Estate Market has seen an increase in showings and properties going under contract which is a good sign that we have hit the bottom and we are coming back.
